RULES

Before you decide to play Stock Generation for real money, you can find out what the trading area looks like by checking out our demo version, where we’ll start you off with a balance of 1,000 SG dollars. The share prices change just as they do in the real game, only faster, every 15 minutes to be precise.

Click on the BUY button to start purchasing shares. Make sure you have enough money on your balance to carry out the transactions, and don’t forget the 1.5 % commission on each trade. You will be able to review your transactions on the Buy Confirmation Page, where you will see the total value of the shares, the commission and the effect the transactions will have on your balance.

If you go to the SELL page you will see the shares you own and you will be able to sell them back to SG at the current SELL price. There is also a Sell Confirmation Page in case you wish to change your mind.

WARNING: As this is just a demo version your transactions will not be stored on a database, so if you log out and log in again, it will be like starting from scratch.
