Withdrawals

When you withdraw money from your account you MUST always confirm this by sending an e-mail to: Withdrawals:   confirm@stockgeneration.com You will be automatically reminded to do this after you submit your withdrawal from the playing area.

 

Credit Card Security Form

ccform@stockgeneration.com All players who deposit money into their accounts will, at some stage or other, be asked to fill out a credit card deposit confirmation form. You can download the form by clicking here. The purpose of the form is twofold: firstly, it protects players against unauthorized use of their credit cards, and secondly it serves as a back up authorization for SG in case any legal disputes arise regarding payment. If you wish to return a scanned copy of a completed credit card confirmation form, you MUST send it to ccform@stockgeneration.com. You do not have to send the form immediately, take as long as you need, and in the meantime you can freely trade with the money you have deposited using your card. However, any withdrawals will not be honored until all credit card deposits have first been confirmed. It is therefore in your interest as a player to confirm all your credit card deposits before you attempt to withdraw money.
