We have received a lot of questions concerning the stop in the receipt of bank deposits as well as problems with the server.
    As far as the bank deposits are concerned, this is connected with the fact that we have changed banks. We are going to make the number (or numbers) of the new bank account public as soon as next week. Work related to bank deposits is also going to resume fully.
   As far as the server is concerned, and as we informed you earlier, the full scheduled replacement of our entire old system is taking place at the moment, so there is still a possibility of some purely technical problems remaining in this connection during the next few days.

   G enerally speaking, we are involved in a full reorganization of all our services, systems as well as financial partners. We are changing banks and the program support, and we are widening the opportunities of our services.
   In particular, in a matter of days our new telephone service will start operating. The player is going to have immediate access to the very member of staff he/she needs and who is responsible for his/her particular problem (for example, delays in payment, etc.) by dialing a particular number on his/her telephone.
   We are, in fact, trying to fully review our system of dealing with our players, and to raise it to a higher qualitative level by carrying out fundamental improvements in our service.    This, however, is sometimes difficult and depends on things beyond our control.    For instance, back in October we had contacts with the company XXXXX (a local monopolist) requesting them to allocate additional telephone numbers for us, but this problem is still unresolved, and so on.
   In other words, not everything is changing as fast as we would like, but things are still changing. And we count on your forgiveness and understanding concerning our problems, and hope you will take local particularities into account too. We are doing our very best. And the situation continues to improve on the whole.
