The situation with Western Union deposits seems to have come to a head. Despite previous promises that it would improve and processing times would decrease, for various reasons, it still takes months to process some deposits.

       For this reason SG has decided to

      1) discontinue accepting deposits via Western Union.       

      2) request all players who have sent funds via Western Union, but whose deposits do not appear as collected on their transaction histories, to cancel payment at Western Union and send the money via cheque instead.

      Naturally the date on which the original Western Union deposit appears on the players' account history will not be changed, and the player will not experience any negative consequences because he / she changed the mode of payment.
