Two worrying trends have emerged in recent weeks and we would like to take this opportunity to address them openly.

Firstly, as the amount of SG players increases, it becomes inevitable that some participants travel to Dominica in the hope of meeting SG staff.

Unfortunately, this trend is having a negative impact. We must advise you that SG has neither the time nor the human resources to entertain players who specifically travel to Dominica on "Stock Generation field trips".

To avoid misunderstandings we would like to inform players of the following:

a) Under no circumstances will players be allowed onto the SG premises,

b) It is not possible to deposit funds or claim withdrawals in person.

c) SG staff members will not discuss matters relating to the game with visiting players.

Please do not take this the wrong way, and by all means visit Dominica, for it is indeed one of the most beautiful islands in the world. However, make sure you come for the waterfalls, diving and hiking, and not to seek advice about your next withdrawal.

On another note, several players have phoned SG with questions such as,

�Is it OK if I withdraw X dollars from my account or should I withdraw Y dollars instead?�; �If I submit a withdrawal request for X dollars will I receive it before this date or that date?�

We would like to make it clear that it has never been SG policy to offer personal consultations to players concerning their withdrawals.

If you wish to submit a withdrawal request, by all means go ahead. It will be reviewed / processed AFTER it has been received but not before.
