REFERRAL
BONUS

For
each player you bring to our site you will receive shares in
virtual companies worth 20% of whatever the players you bring
spend the first time they place a BUY order. If you refer more
than 5 players you will receive shares worth 25%, and 30% if
you introduce more than 10. If you bring more than 20 players
to the site, SG may be in a position to increase your referral
fee to more than 30%.

ask for more details at the appropriate time.

The
referral bonus will be paid the largest of his/her first three
payments. First you will receive a percentage of the first payment,
and if later one of the following two payments exceeds the first
one, the difference will automatically be added.
For example, the
first payment by the player you referred was $1,000. You will
automatically receive the 20% bonus, $200. The second payment:
$2,000. 20% of $2,000 is $400, but you have already received $200
(for the first payment), so you receive an additional $200. The
third payment: $3,000. You receive another $200. Eventually, altogether
it comes to $600, exactly the 20% due to you from the largest
of the first three payments (i.e. from $3000).

In
order for us to be able to credit your account, for verification
purposes, please ask the players whom you have referred to send
an e-mail, stating your name, to referrals@stockgeneration.com.

You
may send us a list of potential players who, in your opinion,
arrived at our site following your recommendation. If subsequently
one of these people actually joins the game you will automatically
receive the relevant referral bonus for him/her. Even if he/she
does not mention you when joining the game.

You
will be able to sell these bonus shares immediately or at any
time you wish.
