MESSAGES- CLARIFICATIONS 

Requests to transfer can come only from the System. Even  your manager can’t tell you to whom or to which Account to transfer. BUT, if you log-in and on your DESKTOP you see message on your order from Receiver, which says to transfer to the alternate Bank Account doesnt matter even if account has a different name, you can follow it, because this Message coming from Receiver himself.  You can also always contact him/her using the same Messages section, by phone or by mail.

ATTENTION- This option is possible only if you see it in the system (messages) and not by any other source.

FOR PARTICIPANTS 

If you transferred money as per request, but the payment is not confirmed by Receiver, please contact Receiver by phone or e-mail and ask him/her to CONFIRM.

If you requested to get funds transferred to you, you can always call Sender and ask when is he/she planning to do it.

ATTENTION MANAGERS!

If you don’t have Bank Account linked to the System – you MUST do it in the next 36 hours. All Managers, please provide screenshot of your "Accounts of the System” Page in the next 36 hours to croindia1@gmail.com (Subject: LINK BANK ACCOUNT). 


FAQ - How to link Bank Account to the System?

In your Virtual MMM Account you will find the Tab "Accounts"

Then Click "Accounts of the system” --- "Add” – Enter your Full Bank Details  

"Save”.


FAQ – I’m a manager. How do I enter mobile number of a new participant during registration?

You don’t have to enter mobile number of new participants during registration. The participants can do it themselves when they first log-in, and then confirm it with SMS Code. 


ABOUT BONUSES
As per personal announcement of Mr Sergei Mavrodi, there are changes in Rules.


"So, from now all bonuses are reduced:
1. Referral bonuses – from 20% - down to 10%, no matter first or second deposit.
2. Manager bonuses - "one step" down.
First level - 3%, second level - 1%, third level - 0.5%, fourth level- 0.25%, then onwards - 0.1%."

Referrer issue

From October 1, 2012 - if you don't specify Referrer  within a period of one week's time after registration, there will be no other chance.
It is not technically possible to specify or change Referrer manually.
