FAQ - What if i have not completed 3 months but want to Sell MAVRO that are frozen for 3 months?
You can select particular MAVRO Wallet in your MAVRO – "Convert Mavro” – "Convert”. After that when you pass GET HELP procedure – you will see the amount in rupees as per the rate of the date of purchase. Remember, If you sell MAVRO before release: 30% MAVRO - will be calculated at the rate of 0% MAVRO; 40% MAVRO - will be calculated at the rate of 30% MAVRO; 55% MAVRO -will be calculated at the rate of 0% MAVRO. FAQ - About my bonuses, do they grow after confirmation or they don't?
You can convert your MAVRO bonuses to 30% MAVRO, 40% MAVRO or 55% MAVRO without selling them. Just select particular MAVRO Wallet in your MAVRO – "Convert MAVRO” – "Convert”. |

MESSAGES- CLARIFICATIONS Requests to transfer can come only from the System. Even your manager can’t tell you to whom or to which Account to transfer. BUT, if you log-in and on your DESKTOP you see message on your order from Receiver, which says to transfer to the alternate Bank Account doesnt matter even if account has a different name, you can follow it, because this Message coming from Receiver himself. You can also always contact him/her using the same Messages section, by phone or by mail. ATTENTION- This option is possible only if you see it in the system (messages) and not by any other source. |

FOR PARTICIPANTS
If you transferred money as per request, but the payment is not confirmed by Receiver, please contact Receiver by phone or e-mail and ask him/her to CONFIRM. If you requested
to get funds transferred to you, you can always call Sender and ask when is he/she
planning to do it. |
