19. A manager can have only one structure under him. For example, the ten’s manager cannot be both a ten’s manager and a hundred’s or thousand’s manager. He is either ten’s manager, or hundred’s manager or thousand’s manager. To become a ten's manager - a participant must have ten people who agree to shift directly under him.

 

20The appointment of a participant to become a manager depends SOLELY on his upline manager. The upline manager is required to test the capabilities of the candidate and make sure he is suitable for the position selected. 


21. A manager must be aware about all the activities and updates going on in MMM. The manager is answerable to his upline manager about his team.


22. Manager MUST

 

• learn and abide the "Rules" on the website and browse the site every day;
• be able to answer any questions about the Rules questioned by his upline manager;

 know how to use Skype and Google+; 
• send the scan of ID proof to his upline manager;

• be in position to always take responsibility of his downline participants and always assist them.

As per Rules #17, participants and managers might get funds transferred to their linked Bank Accounts. 
From 2nd of December 2012 participants and managers might get funds transferred to them even WITHOUT linking their Bank Accounts.
FUNDS FOR STORAGE will be sent ONLY to those participants whose MAVRO deposits are CONFIRMED.
Amount of funds transferred will not be more than 90% of amount, they are liable to receive as financial help from the System.
After the Order is generated in your Desktop, you as Recepient can link your Bank Account for storage to System Accounts or Private Accounts or SPECIFY any Bank Account for storage in Message Box.
YOU CANNOT WITHDRAW IT FOR ANY PERSONAL USE from your bank account. Keep this amount untill and unless the System requests you to transfer it or use it. You MUST transfer it as per request of the System.
For any violations proved by CRO or refusal to provide documents requested by CRO you will immediately and permanently deleted from the System.
