Dear Managers!

We remind you, that as per format of Letter of Approval, which you are sending before appointment of the candidate as a New Manager in your structure, you have to write:

I assure you, that within 24 hours after the appointment, ten ID's will be registered in the System by FULL NAME (ID mmm@gmail.com) or shifted from my structure.

Please, make sure that the candidate has 10 direct participants within 24 hours after appointment or this can be proved as violation from your side.
