There is technical bug with New Year and Special Offer bonuses calculations. For now, you might not able to view it. This is just temporarily, it's connected to huge maintenance work of the software in Russia. After our programmers solve this issue - we will immediately inform you. Follow the updates! |
Please, do not request to Unblock your ID, if the reasons of block are: 1. You did not confirm receiving of funds; 2. You did not provide bank details when required; 3. You have not made any payments before; 4. Dear Mavrodians!!! Because of huge maintenance work which is in the process in Russia, and as we are connected to it, our software also has got some technical bugs, which is not very difficult to solve instantly. Our programmers have reported that it might take up to 5-7 days to solve them. Please have patience and follow the updates in News. 1. Amount of participnats not increasing, but sometimes even decreasing. This is a technical bug in the whole global software 2. Amount of projected bonuses decreasing. This is a technical bug which is connected to the first one 3. After clicking Get Help - orders have not been generated by the System for more than one week. This is the biggest technical bug in Dispatcher programm code itself (which is fully automatic) and by tomorrow this problem should be solved. In future, after you request to Get Help - Order must be generated within 24 hours. If it' s not happening - immediately inform our Contact Centre or CRO (only for managers) and wait before programmers solve your issue manually. Please, do not panic, this is just temporarily.
