List of the most common issues, which might occur, and solutions how to solve them:

1. Confirmation issue.
Recepient didn't confirm the receiving of funds after you've uploaded the proof document of payment.
If you are Sender - contact the contact-centre or create the Ticket using your Virtual Account.
If receivung is confirmed by CRO, ID of Recipient will be blocked.

2. Bank details issue.
You have got an order to make payment, but Recepient is not providing his/her bank details. If you are Sender - please, don't click the button to refuse the payment, because your ID will be automatically blocked. Contact the contact-centre or create the Ticket using your Virtual Account. If Recepient does not specify the bank details - his/her ID will be blocked. Only participant himself is allowed to specify the bank details in Messages box, but never - his/her Manager

3. No proof document of payment/ fake proof document of payment.
If you requested for Get Help and Sender specified that the payment is made, but there is no proof document attached or fake/wrong document attached - create the Ticket using your Virtual Account or request to your Direct Upline to send mail to croindia1@gmail.com. Attach the scan of your bank statement as proof that you didn't receive funds.
ID of Sender will be blocked.

4. Unblock issue.
If you are a Sender, the time to make payment was not extended by Recepient, your ID got blocked, but you have some serious reason not to transfer funds (hospital admitting etc.) - create the Ticket using your Virtual Account or request to your Direct Upline to send mail to croindia1@gmail.com. Attach proof document of the reason specified. 
Regarding all other Unblock issues -  contact the contact-centre, create the Ticket using your Virtual Account or request to your Direct Upline to send mail to croindia1@gmail.com
If you never ever made payment and your ID is blocked - that means you are not ready to Give Help. Please, do not request to unblock your ID in this case.

We invite you for our first Workshop. 
Please, find time and come to join us!

Conditions:

1. You are Ten thousand, thousand or hundred manager. Ten thousand and thousand managers MUST participate.
2. You are ready to give Amount of participation (2,000 INR) as gurantee of your participation. This amount is refundable and will be returned at the end of the workshop.
3. The amount of places is limited for hundred managers. Please, request to  your ten thousand manager and transfer Amount of participation (2,000 INR) to the account specified.
4. Limits of places for hundred managers are as per Zones: South - 25 places, East - 25 people, North - 50 places, Center - 50 places, West - 100 places.
5. Amount of participation (2,000 INR) must be transferred to your Ten thousand manager's bank account before 11.59 p.m. 30.01.2013.
6. After that, the amount of places left will be rearranged for those who want to come.  They must transfer Amount of participation (2,000 INR) to Ten thousand manager's bank account before 11.59 p.m. 01.02.2013.

The appointment of Manager can be verified ONLY by CRO.

To become a Manager:

1. You First have to place a request to your Direct Upline Manager by mail (Subject: Qualification-NEW).

 Letter of Appointment (Format for CRO):

I, FULL NAME (ID mmm@gmail.com), kindly request you to appoint me as a Manager of MMM INDIA. I'm able to answer any questions about Rules and I'm aware about all activities and updates going on in MMM INDIA.

Attached are:
1. My ID PROOF (Scan of Document);
2. My Qualification Video (link in Youtube);
3. List of 10 ID's (already registered or going to be registered) who are ready to join my new structure.

2. Your Direct Upline Manager will then forward it to CRO (Subject: Qualification-NEW), together with the Letter of Approval.

Letter of Approval - Manages ONLY- (Format for CRO):

I, FULL NAME, (position) Manager of MMM INDIA (ID mmm@gmail.com), approve the appointment of FULL NAME (ID mmm@gmail.com) as a Manager of MMM INDIA.  I've tested the capabilities of the candidate and I'm sure he is suitable for this position. I assure you, that within 24 hours after the appointment, ten ID's will be registered in the System by FULL NAME (ID mmm@gmail.com) or shifted from his/her Direct Upline's structure.

Attached are:
1. ID PROOF of the candidate (Scan of Document);

Dear particiapnts! Dear managers!

Qualification of managers is over!

Before,we have been receiving many complaints. Most of them were connected with managers who didn't follow their duties as per Rules ##19, 20, 21, 22. We remind you, that as per Rules # 23, manager "bonus" is a "bonus" given to the managers in appreciation for the work with their participants. This includes the development of his/her structure, organization of conferences, travel expenses, advertising, communication, internet etc.

We are sure that after qualification - most of this issues will not take place. Considering the fact, that before - the previous procedure of appointment of managers was not effective, we decided to qualify managers and have chosen the easiest form of testing the capabilities of managers - video as per example. The period of time given - was one week, and then was extended for three more days. Those who were not able to make it within 10 days - maybe it's better for you to become participants, get referral "bonuses", and keep the work of manager for those who are ready to do it.

So, if you didn't provide video before 11.59 p.m. 13.01.2013 as per announcement in News - you will be demoted to Particiapnt level. All the mails have been entertained. If you are demoted, but have the proof of Qualification Video uploaded in Youtube before 11.59 p.m. 13.01.2013, please, send it to croindia2@gmail.com and wait for reply within 24 hours. 
As per results of qualification, 3 thousand managers, 100 hundred managers and 800 ten managers did not qualify. We are sure, this will ONLY make MMM System stronger and more stable.


Attention!!! There might be some people who used to get manager "bonuses" without taking any responsibility for their downline and explainng the idea of Mr Sergei Mavrodi in a proper way. Now, after demotion, they might want to spoil the name of MMM and threaten you. We will inform you if we come across this kind of situations. Here is an example:

After that, he started using bad language, threatening upline manager, threatening Mr Alexei Muratov, so for this reason - his ID is permanently deleted from the System.

Please, understand, that this is not some kind of a personal grudge or anything, this was a simple rule by the system, they had to just follow it. If you are demoted or penalised, the reason is because you have NOT FOLLOWED the Rules. There is no point in later threatning or blaming other people. It is simple that either you follow Rules, or you dont be in the System.
If all the other Managers could do it, then it was a simple thing for them to do. When MMM is giving us SO MUCH, we can do our part by abiding the Rules.
