First, you try to contact Recepient (via Messages box, phone, e-mail) or his/ her Manager. Request to specify the bank details in Messages box, ONLY Messages box, not by phone or e-mail etc. If within 24 hours, still the bank details are not specified, contact our Contact Center and place a complaint. Then, wait for reply from CRO department. |
