19} guide ur sender to deposit money soon when
they get sms to their mobile .
before depositing call recepient &
manager,
to check whether they r ALIVE OR DEAD &
their mobile is on or off ,or unavailable .
if u r unavailable to contact them then mail
to cro soon before ur id is going to block.

20} all new participants must have basic
