If you are a manager, you have to go to Participants- My Page, where you will see the special form. Please fill it in and attach scan of ID Proof. Only then, automatically new orders will be generated.

First, you try to contact Recepient (via Messages box, phone, e-mail) or his/ her Manager. Request to specify the bank details in Messages box, ONLY Messages box, not by phone or e-mail etc. If within 24 hours, still the bank details are not specified, contact our Contact Center and place a complaint. Then, wait for reply from CRO department.
