Greetings to all Mavrodians.

So, dispatcher began it's work and everybody who has already made request to give help after restart before 1 Feb are able to get help in 500 rupees! 
Everybody who made request to give help tshould know when he get order to give help and doesn't give help and gets time out of order then his request will be deleted! 

New Rules!
1) Default time of order is 24 hrs.
2) Sender have to enter virtual account and press button "I consent to make payment" and time of order will be increased to 24hrs.
3) Sender can't confirm providing help without slip how it was before.
4) And for managers in "Participants" we made new column "Date of creating".
