 Please, don't attach any phrases on pieces of papers etc!!! REMEMBER, if there is no authentic proof of document attached -  your ID will be DELETED anyways!!! 

All arrangements on the phone must be displayed in the chatbox, managers must follow orders of their participants and notify them in time.

1. Subject * "Participant is blocked"

ALWAYS attach scan of authentic document of proof, that the payment was made!

Title*: Id block and write Id of blocked participant
Evample: Id Block (test@gmail.com)
Your message *:  I blocked .... Your email id.
Proof:  If online deposited then give statement as Proof .
             If cash deposit give clear document as Proof.
Reason: give reason why you could not pay within 72hrs. Write only if the reason is strong.
Please, specify the reason for UNBLOCK ID!!! Tickets with no reasons specified - will be not entertained!!! 

Please, do not request to Unblock your ID, if the reasons of block are:

  • was out of station,
  • computer was not working
  • No proper internet in theregion.
  • was not knowing about the system.
  • No particular specified bank in their region (48hours to enough time to go to other city)
  • Had family function (marriage, festival etc.)
  • never did payment 
  • someone in the family was hospitalised like mother, brother etc.
  • some family problems.

This kind of reasons will not be entertained and will be permanently blocked by the system as per rule no 13. 


The serious reasons are:

  • Hospitalized (not more than TWO WEEKS BACK, attach the medical certificate from the hospital in Ticket)
  • If its bank holiday and recipient did not extend the time (specify the date).
  • Close ones death in house (not more than TWO WEEKS BACK, specify the relationship)
  • By any technical bug. Write details about this bug and make screenshot and specify date.

 

 

 

2. Subject * "Recipient is not confirming funds reception"

ONLY if confirmation was NOT DONE within 48 hours!
Title*: Recipient is not confirming funds reception

Your message *: I provided help Rs. ____ Order No. ______, he did not confirm.

Attach bank statemant and slip of payment you did and in ticket and in a message box of order and also write number of Order  (for example R7542283)

     

   
                      
 
 
3. Subject * "Fraud"
 

ALWAYS specify Order No. of Sender

Title*: Fraud

Your message *: sender name: _____, Order No.______ didn't provide help Rs :_____ 

Attach the fake slip in ticket and write number of Order e.g. R7542823

 

 

4. Subject *"Incorrect amount of Bonuses"

Subject *"Incorrect amount of Bonuses"

Title *: Incorrect amount of Bonuses

For questions related to bonuses please contact us in following format:

1) email of the participant who are not getting bonus now

2) Number of assignment, which from the bonus must come, like this Z3474998

3) The type of bonus which is not getting. Example:  which level of leader bonus.
 

 


IMPORTANT POINTS:
-Please remember for confirmation issue, fraud, funds not received, write reason as per above format. Just fill the blank and send in tickets. Don’t write all this and that. It’s not important.
-For confirmation and fraud, please attach a payment slip.
--For technical issues please attach a screen shot of error. It’s very important.
