About the purpose of payments

So, this is what I want to talk about. Recently it was posted the announcement about the fact that we are now settling the "debts" on the old Mavro, as I said all the time. We’ve started to pay off. And in the assignments we are openly indicating - "the repayment of" debts" on the old Mavro". Henceforth we will continue to pursue the policy of complete openness and transparency, which means that there will be no omissions, secrets, nothing like that. It means that all that we do, all the participants will know, understand, and, basically, be aware of the meaning of these actions. I'll explain them all. Now the payments for the old Mavro have their assignments directly specified - "for the repayment of "debt" on the old Mavro".  As well we are going to take money for the maintenance of the system. In the same way we will state it directly in the assignments - "for internal needs" or "for the maintenance of the system", as I have already explained in my speech, in the written one, that the system has to survive on something there. It doesn’t  feed itself with  the Spirit of God, isn’t it? :-))

What for?

The Old Administration  was solving this issue in a very simple way. They were stealing. They didn’t need any attention drawn to themselves, they paid  it all on their own, so that there would be no questions arising. That’s it. This is the situation that there was. :-)) But it's a completely abnormal situation. It is indeed clear that the money is taken from somewhere. If you don’t have assignments  put forward for the maintenance of the system, then a question arises, where does the money come from for the maintenance. It means that the Administration  is somehow taking them? Means one can somehow secretly take from the system? I think these are completely normal questions. Therefore, in order for such questions not to appear, so that there would be no omissions, no grey schemes, everything will be completely open.

Now we're also planning to start an advertising campaign. Allocate funds for the offices. We may conduct the Lottery. If all of these will be carried out, it will also be specified in the assignments "for lottery", "for advertising". There may be dissatisfaction arising among participants due to misunderstanding of whatever is happening, that "you have not paid off the" debts “ on the old Mavro , but already conducting lotteries ." I have already explained that to pay off  the "debts" on the old Mavro is possible only by developing a new system, transferring a part of the income to repay the "debts". There is no other way! However, for the system to develop there has to be advertisement , there should be some promotions like a lottery, opening offices. If there is dynamics, development, then all the "debts" will be quickly repaid. And in order for a dynamics of development to happen, there should be  advertising. I.e. the chain is quite simple. So, it's in the interests of the system, it's not some weird spending, these are perfectly reasonable expenses.

And, I repeat one more time, that all this will be directly stated in the assignments – the purposes for which these funds are collected. Therefore, everybody must understand, be conscious of this, and basically, treat it in the right way, so to speak. Pay it immediately. In the usual manner. So, again, I repeat, no secrets, obscurities, some kind of games will not be here anymore. Everything will be open, honest and transparent.
