How can we make MMM Community even better?

During a four-year period of its continuing work, MMM has prepared active teams of MMM leaders all over the world, attracted millions of participants, held a lot of seminars, conferences, charity events, rallies, and opened clubs. 

But, of course, there is still room for improvement. As we wrote in the previous article, unfortunately, a very large number of participants are passive and, in fact, do not take part in the Community development. It is not a question of attracting new members. Managers’ activity and advertisement manage to provide a growth of newcomers. However, if there is no reasonable behavior on the part of ordinary members, any outside information pressure, any technical error and even a lack of understanding of the rules and mechanisms of work can lead to irrational actions of participants that affect the dynamics of the development of our Community. 

It is easy to understand why ordinary members are passive and are not aware of how to work. MMM is a special project, and therefore those who join us may not have proper experience. Moreover, some members have a bad experience in networking and online projects. As a result, many just take “wait-and-see” approach. These participants say to yourselves and others: "I'll believe in MMM and begin to develop Community actively only after I get the money I expect", "I'll believe in MMM when I can buy what I have dreamed of," etc. Of course, that position is initially mistaken. If you're waiting for good luck in the future after which you are ready to change something, then this success will never come to you. MMM is not a matter of faith, it is a course of action, and lifestyle. He, who waits to see, just wastes his time and loses his chance. First, you must make some effort, and then get something you are working for. It is obvious that if no one works on the development, then no one will receive 30% per month. But today the situation is such that only a minority works and their work provides all other members with 30% per month.

Now, thanks to the rule that members have to graduate Manager’s School to get the status of 10th manager, the management of MMM Global consists of really qualified and active people. But, of course, ordinary members also need to have a certain degree of preparation to provide a successful development of the Community. This is not about to oblige participants to do a certain amount of work and impose restrictions on assistance for those who do not work. Firstly, it is impossible to achieve anything positive using force and threats. And, secondly, it contradicts the principles of MMM which was created to help people to be free from any forms of coercion. 
Our goal is the desire of ordinary members to do something useful for the Community. To achieve this goal, we have to create simple and clear tasks for everyone. These tasks should be easy for anyone to do, and should not take much time. Obviously, these tasks will bring a double benefit. On the one hand, they will increase the expansion rate of the Community. On the other hand, they will create ordinary members’ attitude towards MMM in the right way. 
If a person receives money without any efforts, he is less likely to value it as much as the one who has earned it by working hard. In order that MMM will become something precious for the participant, at first he should "invest" something - not his money, but his hopes and knowledge, his experience and work - a piece of himself.
