More than 100 days passed after the restart
Recently celebration of the annual great holiday — the Founding of the PRC Day — came to an end. It so happened that concurrent with it our system also had a so-called anniversary of 100 days that passed from the restart. And there has been stable and effective work during this period!
It’s pleasant that in such a way we visually, indeed, defeat the words of doubters and various kinds of ill-wishers who, as you certainly remember, have predicted September restart and other global issues. September is over. So, where are the mentioned problems? MMM is strong and stable nowadays as never before! Now, hopefully, you understand that all these predictions aren’t worth a dime. We don’t talk, but act and prove, let us repeat, our ill-wishers in deed rather than in word that tomorrow is with MMM! MMM is stability and effectiveness! As well as the participants’ wealth.
Actually, due to our busyness we appeared to forget, somehow, about these 100 days completely, we just hadn’t counted them. And what for? We are perfectly aware that there will also be 200 days, and 300… In fact, there are a lot of things to happen! Because everything is just beginning! :)) Thus, it was the participants who told us about the holiday. Yet, they don’t forget anything :-).
By the way, on the occasion of the holiday we, what makes us especially happy, have received loads of grateful letters from the participants who asked to publish their good words and wishes on the site. We are going to do that with pleasure.

“Recently there was the first day of the national holiday in China, the whole country is saturated with joy. But this day is also a 100th day from the moment of the last restart.
We celebrate a double holiday and this will become a new, important stage in the system’s development. This is a beginning of a new period of MMM China and of a new ideology.
We are proud of the level we have reached, and we are very glad that joined to the MMM system of financial mutual help.
This success has been obtained by the efforts of all departments and especially thanks to Mr.Mavrodi’s wise decisions of. They make the system more stable and ensure participants’ credibility. All the staff is working for the stable operation of the system. We all must help and support each other regardless of whether we currently have good or bad times. We have to become a close-knit team.
We express the gratitude to all people who provided help and assisted in the system development and achievements. They demonstrated the work of the system’s ideology in practice.
MMM ideology is a guideline of the system which is pointing to the way of its development. Each of us is a part of the system. The System is everything for us. You help others and then get help by yourself. This money flow helps those who are in need. Mr.Mavrodi has created this flow and it came to life, and started to live a real life. The system is a living organism.
We do our best in order to promote the ideology. New rules will help the old participants have their Mavro released. The main thing is that each member enjoys helping other members. We have to work shoulder to shoulder so that participants could get their Mavro back.
We need to hold together and be oriented to the ideology. It is necessary to be a qualified participant and have good knowledge of the system’s ideology. Be familiar with every step. You need to be active and invite other participants explaining our genuine goals to them. With that MMM will become even more developed and more stable system. This will help our country advance. We are sure that guider’s status confirmation will significantly help MMM! It will result in active and loyal leaders who will effectively fulfill their work. It means that if you use bank transfers the period of 30 days remains as before, but in case with Bitcoins, by now, you will have to keep them only 15 days. As everyone is afraid that Bitcoin is a threat to the system, so, we will tighten the rules. :-))
Bitcoin expands MMM and helps build a just world!

MMM keeps on moving forward!
Our system has a very good pace of the development! And it isn't a kind of big words, things are really going just perfectly. Dynamics is excellent!
New members registrations are very active. More and more newcomers join MMM. It should be mentioned that they are just active ones who provide help practically at once.
Old Mavro have been released actively too! As promised, we continue to publish 1,000 random payments on Old Mavro - http://chinammm.la/news/1000_payment_expamples_old_mavros_for_the_week_03_09_oct_2016-8030.html.
As for the the existing participants, they continue to actively help each other. PH amounts also keep growing. It demonstrates that thanks to MMM financial state of the people is getting better, and they can help others with bigger amounts. It’s marvelous!
Interestingly, the old leaders have become remarkably active who practically didn’t show the activity up to the present time. Possibly the following 2 factors influenced them:
- Factor 1 — leaders returned their confidence in the system which shows effective and stable results as opposed to different shadow projects that die massively, like flies (but we gave warning! :)).
- Factor 2 — news about the Guider’s Status Confirmation. Leaders understand that MMM comes to a new level of development and now they have to re-evaluate their passive, wait-and-see attitude to the system. It’s necessary to venture upon something urgently. If you sleep away, the train will leave. You will be out of work.
Let us repeat, MMM is evolving simply perfectly. We are assured that the progress rate will become even better in the future.
And by now let’s answer your questions and consider the suggestions received:
1. You may use Bitcoin to pay for advertising and other services. But it isn’t very profitable and right to use Bitcoin for providing help. Thus a lot of participants including me, use Bitcoin only because we can get help completely (for the whole amount at once). It’s unfair in relation to the other participants. They are filled with indignation, and this is inconsistent with the system’s ideology. Stability of the system is the most important thin! This matter is being discussed in many chats and it gives rise to panic. If you don’t wish the system would die or crash, forbid to use Bitcoin to provide and get help. Or else make the Bitcoin payment also partial. With best wishes and all my heart!
For several news publications running, we have to dispose rumours about the fact that Bitcoin harms the system’s stability. However, at the beginning of all news publications and while answering your questions, we always repeat that BITCOIN IS ABSOLUTELY SAFE FOR THE SYSTEM! Remember this once and for all!
It brings only benefit and nothing more. Providing and getting help via Bitcoin only accelerates our progressing, for that reason we won’t forbid it. Why make the system worse? We will harm the system just if we prohibit to use Bitcoin.
Try to understand, you only speculate, but we can see all situation globally. From top to bottom. We can see statistics and dynamics. All this shows us that Bitcoin can threaten the system by no means. At all!
In case we notice any threat from the side of bitcoin, we promise you that we will take measures immediately. Presently all decisions a taken exceptionally in the interests of the system stability. And Bitcoin firms up this stability!

Also, why do you assert that Bitcoin payments aren’t partial? The rule of two control payments have a full effect on Bitcoin as well. It absolutely independent on the payment form: bank or Bitcoin — it makes no difference.
2. I want to suggest changing the colour of captcha from colourful on the white background into black and white on the white background. This will be much convenient for office employees, those who work with the system at night, people with weak sight (which are in abundance in China)
If to change the type of captcha, we have risks to encounter the inflow of new frauds. Captcha is made in such a way, that it may defend the system from harmful programs which can be used by abusers.
Previously the system had the kind of captcha as you suggest. The fraudsters broke it and made mass of inactive account registrations, which seriously damaged the system.
The current captcha is perfectly protecting from the frauds, therefore, we won’t change it.
3. Dear Mr. Mavrodi, now the rules of leadership have changed slightly, which aroused serious problems among leaders and their teams. Many good leaders lost their teams due to the fact that their participants appeared to be dishonest, and some of them went to other projects. These leaders have built their teams for years. They are mainly very good, loyal and hardworking. Also there are a lot of bad leaders who don’t follow the system leader’s code of laws at all, don’t help their teams and neither support them. They can simultaneously take part in other projects. Some leaders just bought their team participants. I’m worried about the teams of such kind of leaders. These teams may just break up, be lost at any moment. We need stability, safety and trust. I strongly recommend to change such a policy. Guider’s Status Confirmation is needed, as well leder’s teams must be reconsidered. If a leader doesn’t fulfill his duties, then the team of a bad leader should be passed over to a positive leader. Leader change option should be available via tickets.
The problems with the leaders will be resolved in the near future. At present the Guider’s Status Confirmation has just started. It will help us create a team of loyal and active leaders, and upon that, get rid of ineffective ones. We have high hopes for the Guider’s Status Confirmation, and believe us, its results will be super effective and will bring huge benefit to the system!
As for the leaders switching to other projects and drawing over the participants, they, as well as such kind of their participants, are left with nothing. As all “other projects” without exceptions are fraudulent, they are break down daily and “cheat” the members taking their money. (And they reappear straight away under new names).
As a result, the members having left MMM for other projects “get burnt” and ask us to come back to MMM. From their own experience, they know that only MMM is a really honest and fair community whereas all other projects are ordinary fakers, thieves and frauds. So if you are being poached to another project, never agree! You are sure to be cheated and all your money to be stolen! Inform the Support Department about disloyal leaders.
In fact, the problem with other projects is not so urgent any more which it used to be after the restart. Everyone has understood how “other projects” work. In this perspective, the restart brought a kind of “benefit” — everyone was vaccinated against frauds. (Another thing is that the price was too high, but it’s a different issue.)
As for your request to change your guider, please send it to us again. We will process it again and will change your guider. However, you should keep in mind that changing guiders requires the consent of both parties — you and your potential guider. Both of you have to send a ticket to the Support Department.
You might not have had the guider changed since the participant you wanted to appoint you guider has a low rank than yours. For example, you are, as a 1K+ guider, ask to change your leader into 100+ guider — your request will be rejected as it is forbidden.
4. As you mentioned in the news on September 11, if you are not satisfied with your leader, you can change him by writing a letter to the Feedback. The system development depends on the number of new participants. We need a policy for a normal development of teams and trust between leaders and teams. Participants are not confident in their leaders and therefore do not want to develop the system. Participants do not feel safe in their teams. So they leave our system and go to other projects. Now, many leaders are not grateful, and their teams have the same attitude. It is necessary to simplify the procedure of leader change and give the possibility to re-register under a new leader. All who are dissatisfied with their leader should be able to go to a loyal active leader. The system does not need ungrateful selfish leaders. This is a malicious factor for the system.
Again, we repeat that the next re-certification will solve these problems. As a result, we will have active, loyal and motivated leaders, and eliminate, as you say, ungrateful egoists.
All the participants who went to other projects were left with nothing — they were cheated for money by the owners of these projects (often acting in collusion with unscrupulous leaders. Otherwise, why would they lure you there? You are just being sold to the owners of these projects, like sheep). We repeat for the umpteenth time, if you are being lured to another project — it's a trap. Do not be fool, otherwise you will be deceived! Tell the Support Department about such leaders!
As for the procedure of leader changing, we have already simplified it. The current policy of leader change implies the acceptance of 2 parties — you and a leader. You should both write a ticket to the Support Department . However, remember that the new leader should have a higher rank than you. For example, if you have the thousand, and ask to change the leader with the hundred, you will be denied, since it is prohibited.
5. At the moment in order to strengthen the system stability, attract new participants and for a total positive development, we need to settle the issue of leadership. To solve the problem with bonus for loyal leaders, to settle the problem of leader change, to re-certificate our leaders to be sure that they are fully aware of the system ideology and live according to it.
We agree with you. With this purpose we are conducting the re-certification of leaders. It will solve all current problems, strengthen the system stability and improve the efficiency of MMM!
6. Please, make the Feedback work, this is very serious problem now and it affects the system stability. Teach your operators to work normally and respond to the problems in time. Why do they answer a ticket without reading it properly, many of the participants received an answer that is absolutely not appropriate to the ticket content. Solve this problem immediately.
In general, our operators are working well and cope with their responsibilities. We are constantly improving our Support Department — conduct trainings to improve their skills and hire new employees. We promise that in the future the Support Department will work even better. It's a rather difficult and long process — to prepare competent operators. Especially considering our specificity.
To get a more qualitative feedback, formulate your questions clearly and concisely. Due to an incorrect wording, it is not always possible to understand correctly the your problem.
Describe your situation as detailed as possible and provide the necessary documents as proof, for example. screenshots with your problem. It will help the Support Department to deal with your situation faster and more effectively.
7. Dear CRO, I am asking you to solve a common problem. Now many participants are being blocked as fraudsters only because they have changed minor information in their POs. You need to monitor this process. Their requests are cancelled, their Mavro are locked and these participants can’t release their Mavro for a long period. Please take measures.
Not all changes in PO lead to its locking. Accounts will be locked only in case of changes that cause suspicion of fraud. It is an effective measure that helps us to deal with frauds. It is only in favor of MMM and strengthens the system stability!
If our suspicions are wrong, the locked accounts will be unlocked and then their owners will be able to continue their active participation in the system. Don't worry :-)).
You can also reduce the risk to be locked for changes in PO. Before these changes, please inform the Support Department . And explain the reason why you want to change the data. So you inform the administration and we will know why you are doing it. After all, the first thing that a fraudster who stole a PO usually does — he/she changes the data in it. So we have to be alert and pay attention to such actions.
8. Please make the old Mavro release regular for old loyal participants. This promotes a rapid development and its continuity.
The old Mavro are being released actively for all loyal participants. They are released regularly and quickly. Every week the rate of releasing is rapidly growing.

At the moment, we have selected an optimal rate for old Mavro releasing. If it changes, we will risk damaging the system stability, which is our priority. Near is my coat, but nearer is my shirt, you are primarily concerned with the fate of your own Mavro, but we have to think about the interest of the whole System! Be sure that in the end all old Mavro will be released for all participants, without exception, but except of course fraudsters.
9. I suggest establishing a limit to the withdrawal amount, we all know that the reason of 3 restarts was the large number of withdrawn finance. The 4th restart can happen now, if we don't set a limit to withdrawal. This is detrimental to the system. Start tracking the movement of finance through the system, put things in order.
The system is in a full order! We are constantly monitoring the statistics and dynamics of our Community development, and believe us, the results are just wonderful!
The limit on getting help is absolutely unnecessary. It will only hurt the dynamics of our development. Remember that now we make all decisions solely for the sake of the system stability.
We absolutely do not need any limits, neither for contribution, nor for withdrawal. Moreover, we have recently introduced a 30-day limit on the growth of confirmed Mavro, which has significantly strengthened our stability in this matter.
The 4th restart doesn’t threaten the system; where did you get this information? This is nonsense! Absolute nonsense! Participants are actively providing help and attracting newcomers, the old Mavro are being released, everything is just super. MMM is developing fine and a bright future is waiting for us! All the errors were taken into account, the lessons were learned, so enough restarts! We paid our duties. Now, we should be careful and pay off debts and move forward.
Moreover, the problem of previous restarts wasn’t a huge withdrawal by different participants in the course of a normal work. It is not true. The withdrawal took place, but it wasn’t occasional and natural. It were not different participants, but a large criminal group who created a withdrawal request massively and simultaneously. Such behaviour is detrimental for any financial system, not only MMM. And we say “criminal” with full responsibility, because collusion in the financial segment is prohibited in all countries! This is a crime!
Considering our development, all innovations and new policies focusing on stability, we can assure you that this will never happen again! We learned lessons! Though the price was high.
10. You need to solve the problem of leaders who lure their entire team to participate in the clones of a different sort. Their finances should be frozen and shared among participants who need help! You need to clear the system from the disloyal leaders and fraudsters.
We monitor such unscrupulous leaders, ban their participation in MMM, and use their Mavro to release the old Mavro of loyal participants.
If you know any specific leaders who entice their members into other projects, report it immediately! We will punish these leaders. Therefore, you will take part in the system development and stability strengthening! Without these disloyal leaders we will continue to develop faster, and thus accelerate payments on the old Mavro.
11. We need to create some kind of a chat or QT, where a participant can write his/her question and get an instant answer, to avoid rumors, speculation and delays. There must be skilled workers who know the system and can help participants to understand certain points and clarify problems.

Also in case of any questions write to an online consultant on the website or the Support Department of MMM. Online consultants are almost always online and always happy to help you, answer all your questions, give advice and confirm or dispel rumors.
12. All employees of the consult center, operators, technical support are not supposed to be Russian, now the tendency is that the leaders have found this category of workers and caused corruption. Leaders pay these workers and they solve different problems in their favour. Many schemes and clans have been organised in such a way.
What is this nonsense? Maybe you will say that a certain Don Ivan runs it? :-))
This is a totally “made-up” problem! First, all employees of these departments in MMM China, who you have mentioned, are Chinese citizens. Moreover, everywhere, in all countries and organizations, there are good people and there are bad ones. Scammers can be from anywhere: from Russia, from China, from USA and so on. A nationality does not matter. There is no nationality in MMM, it is directly written in our Ideology. There are just participants and it does not matter if you are a Russian or Chinese.
Secondly, we monitor all our employees. If we become aware that someone is somehow cheating the system — we dismiss him/her and permanently stop working with that person. Be sure that dedicated to the Community people work in MMM!
However, if you do have any information about the fraud of a particular employee, report it for sure! It is also desirable for you to provide evidence. We will investigate and if our staff member is really a scammer — we will say goodbye forever.
13. Tell about the procedure of old Mavro release now? Is it still random + 10% or something has changed? How do we get our frozen money back now? Thank you.
50% of all control payments go to random (random, not on any particular principle) releasing of the old Mavro for participants who do not provide help and don't invite newcomers.
The remaining 50% of all control payments go to random old Mavro release for active participants who themselves provide help and attract new members who make contributions as well.
Additionally we release old Mavro in the amount of 10% of the member’s PH amount and 10% of PH amount made by this member’s invitees.
The weekly pace of old Mavro release is markedly increasing. Active participants who provide help and attract newcomers will get their old Mavro released 2-3 times faster.
14. Let's encourage the participants who provide help very quickly and punish those participants who refuse to pay or remove their requests, but the punishment shouldn’t be severe, just for for stimulation.
Those participants who provide help quickly get their confirmed Mavro faster — this is a kind of symbolic encouragement:-)) It should be enough in order not to delay PH.
First and foremost you must understand that if you create a request, then you are responsible. It means that another person is counting on you and is waiting for that help. By transferring money faster, you will do a good job. Thereby helping our ideology to develop. This should be a great motivation:-)).
In general, we have too many incentives and bonuses, don't you think so? What could be better? We can spend everything on bonuses. :-))
As for penalties for those members who do not transfer money, it is considered a dishonest behavior and MMM imposes fines for that. Those participants who create a PH request but do not transfer money will be locked.
And after the account is unlocked, all MAVRO in PO are recalculated into the original payment according to the formula “the amount of provided help minus the received amount”. These participants will be able to withdraw their money but will not get percent. All bonuses are reset: referral, leadership, and so on. Only the old Mavro remain.
The penalty is cancelled only in the case of extremely justifiable reasons, if a participant provides valid arguments: a certificate from the hospital, a statement from the court, and so on. It is a tough but fair punishment.
15. If the system is well developed and stable, there won’t be any problems with long waiting, and help will come in time without delay. You need to take this into account.
The indicator of the system stability and development — regular payments of help to all participants. Our mechanism is designed to maintain stability.
However, to change this rate means breaking stability. It is important not to take risks!
Do not forget that MMM participants — real people, not robots. So then there is also a human factor, some cases payments can be delayed.
Actually there are no problems in the system, even if some payments are delayed. This is a normal work-related issue. And these delays — isolated cases. In general, MMM is doing very well, getting better and better with each day!
16. If the account has been banned for cheating, is there any chance to unlock it?
Only if the fault of a participant was irrelevant. Every banned member can contact us by writing a ticket to the Support Department. If he repents and expresses a desire to develop the system further, and his fault is minor — we will give him a second chance. We're not monsters. We are all humans, and to err is human. :-))
However, this chance will be only the second one. We won’t give a third or fourth chance. If the account is locked again, we're not going to meet halfway. (As practice has shown, it is useless — people will continue to cheat.) And in the end we exclude such unreliable participants from the Community forever!
17. Delete the function of the hidden phone number!!!
Each participant has the right to hide his/her phone number or other data, and it is a normal human right that cannot be cancelled. This simply makes no sense!
For communication with the second party use the order chat. Then, in case of any problems, our CRO (security department) will be able to quickly understand the situation and deal with it fairly.
And why are you so worried about it, is this an unfortunate feature? This is purely a psychological thing and nothing more. We repeat, use the chat. And all these phones only do harm. In case of any problems it is absolutely impossible to understand anything! Each says his own things. Chat shows everything.
18. All Skype groups should have moderators. They should be appointed by Nik. Moderators must keep track of information that appears in the chat and monitor people who write in these chat rooms. To prevent participants from empty talks, from removing each other and from lynchings.
Many Skype chats are created separately by leaders who guide their teams. And many by ordinary participants. Controlling all the Skype chats is impossible because every day a large number of them are created.
The participants create their own chats and attract other participants to communicate. Controlling all the groups is simply physically impossible, and there is no special sense in this. Well, we constantly monitor the information of the largest Skype chats,where we also communicate with our leaders and participants :-))
After all guider confirm their status, new Skype chats with the guiders who confirmed their status will be created. The main activity will be conducted with them. They, in turn, will pass the following information to the participants of their structure by Skype chats and/or QT-rooms. The administration also will collect questions, concerns and suggestions from the participants using certified guiders. Thus we will build a pyramid structure of spreading information.
19. How one can get a job in the system? I am a leader and I am really interested in becoming a system’s employee!
